Summary: Beautiful location. Easy drive to Steamboat. It was a semi last minute trip and not many places that were private, dog friendly, and had a hot tub. Thankfully we found this gem. More space than we needed but all good. Well stocked with supplies such as some coffee pods, cleaning supplies, shampoos, and towels. Nice trail on the property to let our dog run. We loved the hot tub and sitting out admiring the beautiful night sky. Steamboat area was popping with fall colors so terrific timing for a small getaway.

Summary: We found the house and property very relaxing in itself. And yet it was easy to pop into town for additional entertainment. There is an underground tunnel from the main house. My only suggestion would be to allow the renters to lock the door from the rental unit side since it opens to the children's sleeping area. There wasn't any problem, but it felt a bit uncomfortable at first. but it felt a bit shame. sleeping area u since

Summary: Beautiful facility. We wish we'd had known to bring tin foil and saran wrap for our leftovers. Pretty minor inconveniences, but good to know. Mark was very attentive to every question we had and appreciate how quickly he responded. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Summary: This was our family's second stay at this property and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful, private location, but close to all activities. The house had ample space for everyone. The owner and his wife have done extensive landscaping around the property since our first visit. With the addition of a gorgeous pond as you drive into the property and a new deck going up to the hot tub area, this property is truly a gem. My entire family loved our stay.
